FireIntel
Vegetation zones, ember-prone vents, defensible space. The first five feet around the house carry the most weight, and most of it is work you can do yourself.

Multi-Peril Depth
Generalist homeowner-photo apps stop at “did you take a picture of the roof.” We go deep on each peril, because that’s how your carrier scores you.
Vegetation zones, ember-prone vents, defensible space. The first five feet around the house carry the most weight, and most of it is work you can do yourself.
Wind and hail exposure tied to event windows and Class-rated roof systems, plus gutters, siding, windows and documented interior damage. Documentation-grade output for property-condition records.
Age, material, IBHS impact class. Roof age drives more of a home's storm exposure than almost anything else on the property.
The Evidence Bundle
Photos timestamped, hashed, and bundled into a structured NGDS JSON record. You own the data, so you share it on your terms, or not at all.

Common Questions
Is HHI an insurance broker?
No. HHI is a home-risk reporting platform. We never decide whether you file a claim and we don’t represent you with your carrier.
Will my carrier accept this report?
That is your carrier’s call, not ours, and we do not promise any specific outcome. What we can tell you is what the report is: a timestamped, geotagged record of your home’s condition in the NGDS data schema. What you do with it is up to you. See Disclosures.
What carriers do you support today?
The HealthIntel is carrier-agnostic; it uses the same NGDS data schema across the board. We name Texas carriers in the carrier-of-record picker so the report can carry your carrier’s name on the cover; that is a labeling step you control, not a partnership we hold.
How is this different from Chrp or Flyreel?
They do general homeowner photo capture for one carrier each. We do multi-peril depth (wildfire + storm + roof), and the homeowner owns the data.
