Terms
Terms of Service
Last Updated · April 27, 2026
These are the terms you agree to when you create a Home Health Intel account or buy a report. We’ve kept them short. Please read them.
The product
Home Health Intel is a multi-peril home-risk reporting platform. We help you produce a HealthIntel and a carrier-aligned PDF report you can use at renewal. We are not an insurance company, a public adjuster, an agent, or a contractor. See our disclosures page for the regulatory frame.
Your account
You’re responsible for what happens under your account. Pick a good password. Don’t share it. If you think your account has been compromised, email us at info@homehealthintel.com.
Payment
Reports are sold per-property at the price displayed at checkout. Payment is processed by Stripe. Once a report has been generated and delivered, it is non-refundable, except as required by law or as a matter of our discretion if something went wrong on our end.
What you own, what we own
You own your report. You own the photos you upload, the data you submit, and the PDF and JSON we produce on your behalf. You can share, sell, or delete them as you see fit.
We own the platform: the software, the scoring methodology, the UI, the design system, and the brand. You get a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform while your account is active.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Submit photos or data for property you do not own or manage.
- Use the report to misrepresent the condition of a property.
- Resell or rebrand the platform without a written agreement with us.
- Reverse-engineer the scoring or attempt to game inputs.
- Upload malicious files or attempt to break the platform.
Accuracy & limitations
The HealthIntel and the report are informational. They reflect public risk data and the photos you submit at a single point in time. They do not guarantee any outcome with your carrier, and they are not a substitute for a licensed inspector, adjuster, or engineer.
The platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability under these terms is capped at the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) one hundred dollars. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.
Termination
You can delete your account at any time. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination, your reports are deleted within 30 days unless you ask us to retain them.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Disputes go to the state and federal courts located in Travis County, Texas, and you consent to that jurisdiction.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change is material, we’ll email account holders. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
