Westlake Pilot

Westlake Chamber Pilot

Westlake homeowners, get a free wildfire risk report on your home.

Takes about 20 minutes on your phone. Free during the pilot.

How it works

Three steps. About 20 minutes.

  1. Step 1: Take 4 photos of your home

We walk you through it on your phone: front, back, and the area around your house. No special equipment.

  2. Step 2: We score the risks

Our system looks at your photos, your address, and public wildfire data, then gives you a clear score in plain English.

  3. Step 3: Get a report you keep, share it however you choose

You own the report. Keep it on file, share it with anyone you choose, or set it aside. Your call.

Why we built it

The renewal letter shouldn’t be the first time you hear about your wildfire risk.

Texas insurance carriers are dropping homeowners in wildfire zones at the fastest rate in the state’s history. Most people learn their home was flagged only after the non-renewal letter arrives in the mail.

Meanwhile, the local fire departments who used to do defensible-space inspections in person can’t keep up. The waitlist for a routine home visit runs months.

We built Home Health Intel so homeowners get a real answer, in plain English, on their own phone, and a report they actually own.

Common questions

The five we hear most.

Is this really free during the pilot?

Yes. During the Westlake Chamber pilot, every report is free.

Will my insurance company see my answers?

No. The report is yours. You decide if you share it.

How long does it take?

About 20 minutes on your phone.

What if I'm not in Westlake?

You can still use it. We'll cover your area too; the pilot just started in Westlake.
